Returns & Exchanges Conditions

1. All goods must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unaltered, clean of any stains, and must include all original tags.

2. All shoes, boots, and sneakers must be ALSO include the original shoebox. *Please try on footwear in a stationary manner on a carpeted surface. Try to avoid taking steps until you are sure that you have the correct size. Any kind of creasing or scuffing on the upper or outsole may render the footwear ineligible for return*

3. Custom-made goods are not eligible for returns.

4. Underwear and swimwear are not eligible for returns.

5. Grooming and Personal Care items are not eligible for returns.

6. All items that are returned postmarked past the 60-day window from the original purchase date will be processed at the current or sale price.

7. All SALE items are FINAL sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
